Job Description

Additional Skills:

ETL Testing, Python

12+ years experienced Lead testing and quality assurance engineer for ETL pipelines, data platforms, and cloud-based data engineering solutions.

Drive test strategy, automation, data validation, and stakeholder engagement across data transformation initiatives.

Location: Pune, Chennai (checking with client for Noida)

Must Have Skills

  • Strong Python programming experience (Mandatory)
  • ETL/Data Warehouse testing experience
  • Advanced SQL and data validation expertise
  • Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, Talend, SSIS, etc.)
  • Test automation framework development
  • Agile, Jira, CI/CD knowledge
  • Test leadership and stakeholder management experience
  • Data migration and reconciliation testing

Nice to Have Skills

  • Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
  • Data Quality/Observability tools
  • GitLab
  • Banking/Financial Services domain knowledge
  • GenAI-assisted testing experience
  • Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud data platform experience
