Principal Architect – AI & GenAI 

Location: Noida/Gurugram
 

Role Overview 

Seeking an accomplished AI & GenAI Architecture Leader with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Full-Stack Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conceptualizing, designing, prototyping, and scaling AI-powered solutions from PoC and experimentation phases through enterprise production deployment. This role requires a highly technical leader who can drive multiple concurrent AI initiatives (2–4 programs) across varying stages of maturity while defining enterprise-grade architecture and innovation strategies. 

Key Responsibilities 

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions. 
Own the complete solution lifecycle from ideation, use-case discovery, architecture design, PoC, MVP, production deployment, optimization, and scale-up. 
Drive 2–4 concurrent AI initiatives operating at different stages of the product lifecycle. 
Design and implement multi-agent systems, AI orchestration frameworks, RAG architectures, AI copilots, autonomous workflows, and conversational AI platforms. 
Define enterprise AI architecture standards, governance frameworks, and reusable accelerators. 
Drive architecture decisions across full-stack applications, cloud-native platforms, APIs, microservices, data platforms, and AI systems. 
Evaluate emerging AI technologies, models, frameworks, and tooling to accelerate innovation. 
Lead technical solutioning, estimation, architecture reviews, risk assessment, and production readiness activities. 
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify and deliver measurable business value through AI. 
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, observable, compliant, and enterprise-ready. 

Key Requirements 

15+ years of experience across software engineering, architecture, cloud, data, and emerging technologies. 
5+ years of experience building and deploying enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. 
Proven experience delivering AI products from prototype through large-scale production deployment. 
Strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, LLM-based applications, Conversational AI, and RAG architectures. 
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, and similar AI frameworks. 
Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Llama, Mistral, and other leading/open-source models. 
Strong experience designing full-stack AI applications, API-first platforms, cloud-native solutions, and microservices architectures. 
Hands-on expertise across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. 
Experience with vector databases, knowledge systems, AI governance, Responsible AI, model evaluation, observability, security, and compliance. 
Strong foundation in DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and Platform Engineering. 
Excellent architecture consulting, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills. 

Preferred Attributes 

Experience building enterprise AI platforms, AI copilots, digital assistants, and autonomous agent ecosystems. 
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Capital Markets, or other regulated industries. 
Thought leadership in AI through patents, publications, conferences, or open-source contributions. 
Strong innovation mindset and passion for applying cutting-edge AI technologies to complex business challenges
