Job Description

  • Primary Skill(s): Lead .NET Backend Developer with understanding of MS Dynamics (preferred)
    • Experience: 10+ Years of experience in a .NET Backend Development with C#, with strong expertise in SOLID principles, SQL & understanding of MS Dynamics (preferred)
    • Technical Skills:
      • Good hands-on experience in development of Web application & Web APIs using .Net Core.
      • Experience in MS SQL server and Strong understanding of micro services architecture.
      • Ability to guide and coach team, and drive Epics, User Stories and Requirements development along with core team.
      • Ability to code with limited or no support from external resources. Ability to write and execute Unit test cases using NUnit/XUnit.
      • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dynamics, and Microsoft Coding Standards
      • Understanding of Microsoft Azure Contact Centre Automation, a plus
      • Strong Experience of working with Git and CI / CD
      • Strong Experience working with Scrum\ Agile projects
      • Strong & Excellent communication
    • Responsibilities
      • Leadership: Lead, coach team in development, implementation, unit testing, quality assurance (functional & non-functional), deployment and adherence to development – testing – release - deployment standards and principles 
      • Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using .NET for backend development.
      • Code Quality: Ensure the quality of code through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
      • Agile Methodologies: Actively participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
      • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering managers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
      • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
      • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, API documentation, and user guides.
  • Preferred Qualification
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum 3 – 5 Years of relevant experience
    • Hands-on experience in .NET C# development with expertise in SQL
    • Knowledge in .NET C# coding standards and best practices
    • Strong understanding of OOPS concepts.
    • Strong hands-on experience with tools like Git
    • Understanding of MS Dynamics
