Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented UX Designer who excels at interpreting business and technical requirement documents and translating them into intuitive, user-centric screen designs using Figma. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience principles and a keen eye for detail to create seamless and engaging interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand requirement documents to gather insights for UX design.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity screen designs in Figma.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
  • Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.

Required Skills, Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability standards, and responsive design.
  • Ability to read and interpret requirement documents and translate them into design specifications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a user-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in UI design or familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
