Job Description

About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior React Developer who can design, build, and scale modern web applications. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in JavaScript, React.js and leading engineering best practices. Should be able to lead a small team of 4 to 6 members. This role requires strong ownership, architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities
•    Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reusable React components.
•    Architect front-end solutions using React.js and modern JavaScript patterns.
•    Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional interfaces.
•    Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry best practices.
•    Participate in code reviews, provide technical feedback, and improve coding standards.
•    Mentor junior developers and contribute to team capability building.
•    Stay updated with the latest trends in the React ecosystem and propose improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
•    8–10 years of hands-on software development experience, with 5+ years specifically in React.js.
•    Strong proficiency in : ReactJS, JavaScript, Typescript, GraphQL, Jest, HTML, CSS, NUIT and modern front-end practices.
•    Good understanding of unit testing and related frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
•    Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development.
•    Ability to break down complex business requirements into technical solutions.
•    Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills
•    Experience with Next.js or SSR frameworks.
•    Familiarity with Micro-frontend architecture.
•    Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
