Job Description

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead the end-to-end UI development for complex, scalable applications.
•    Architect and implement reusable, efficient, and high-performing UI components.
•    Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Backend, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
•    Ensure UI code quality, performance, and best practices across the team.
•    Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.
•    Evaluate and integrate modern UI frameworks, tools, and technologies.
•    Drive UI standards, accessibility, performance optimization, and responsive design.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues across browsers and devices.

Required Skills & Experience
•    8–12 years of hands-on experience in front-end/UI development.
•    Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
•    Strong experience with at least one modern UI framework: 
o    React.js (preferred) / Angular / Vue.js
•    Deep understanding of UI architecture, design patterns, and state management (Redux, MobX, Context API, etc.).
•    Working knowledge of REST APIs and integrating front-end with backend services.
•    Experience in bundlers and tools: Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn.
•    Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
•    Experience in performance tuning and debugging UI applications.
•    Good understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and UI security best practices.
•    Ability to lead, mentor, and guide UI teams.

Good to Have
•    Experience with design systems or component libraries (Material UI, Chakra UI, etc.).
•    Exposure to UI automation testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
•    Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps basics.
•    Experience with micro-frontend architecture.
