Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead end-to-end technical recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across engineering, product, and IT functions.
•    Build, manage, and evaluate a network of external recruitment vendors and agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery.
•    Define and enforce SLAs, performance metrics, and governance models for vendor partners.
•    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
•    Drive vendor onboarding, contract negotiations, and periodic performance reviews.
•    Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and external regulatory requirements.
•    Analyze hiring data to track cost per hire, vendor performance, and pipeline health.
•    Partner with internal TA team to balance direct sourcing and vendor-led hiring.
•    Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
•    6–10 years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 3 years in a vendor management or leadership role.
•    Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and hiring trends in the tech industry.
•    Proven experience in managing multiple recruitment vendors and driving performance.
•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Data-driven mindset with experience in using ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech or product-based organization.
•    Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and vendor management systems.
