Job Description

Role: Development, Reporting & Server Housekeeping

Position Summary

Senior Tableau Developer to design high-impact analytics solutions and manage our Tableau Server environment. You will bridge advanced dashboard development with robust administrative housekeeping to ensure optimal system performance and data governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report Development: Design and deploy interactive Tableau dashboards and data models using advanced calculations and LOD expressions.
  • Server Housekeeping: Manage routine Tableau Server/Cloud maintenance, including disk space optimization, log cleanup, cache purging, and stale content pruning.
  • Support & Maintenance: Monitor scheduled extract refreshes, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and resolve production issues.
  • Governance: Administer user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and security policies.

Required Skills

  • Experience: 4–6 years in Tableau development, performance tuning, and server administration.
  • Tech Stack: Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, Tableau Server/Cloud, and SQL.
  • Core Competencies: Extract management, server health monitoring, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
