Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders directly to understand their data requirements and translate them into effective and insightful dashboards.
- Perform data analysis, data cleansing, and data preparation for Tableau data sources.
- Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and Tableau development.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of data visualization standards and best practices within the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Tableau dashboards and data sources.
- Participate in the entire data lifecycle, from data ingestion to data visualization and reporting.
- (Preferred) Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes on AWS to support Tableau data sources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Masters in computer application (MCA)
- 6+ years of experience in developing and maintaining complex Tableau dashboards.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data integration concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other scripting languages.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS & Redshift).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Tableau or related fields.
- Experience with Tableau Server administration and maintenance.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with Power Automate (Power BI)
