Job Description

•    Lead and own day-to-day management of campaigns (organic and paid) and ensure brand consistency across all social media channels
•    Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
•    Ensure brand consistency in copy and imagery through tone and voice
•    Lead all aspects of social media interaction between internal stakeholders and the external audience to ensure a positive experience for the audience
•    Create actionable plans to both grow and manage our online communities LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
•    Ensure progress on all platforms by using social media analytical tools. Share social media analytics with the stakeholders on a weekly basis.
•    Own the creation and implementation of the monthly/quarterly social media editorial calendar with clearly defined objectives and outcomes

Must have Skills:

•    8-10 years of social media experience preferably in IT/ITES companies
•    Should be an expert in writing social content apt for LinkedIn, and Facebook. Twitter. Instagram, YouTube etc
•    Designing skills – Hands-on experience in creating banners, gifs, posters, short videos (reels), infographics for social media platforms
•    Experience in Adobe creative suite or Canva 
•    Good photography skills as the role would require shooting pics during events etc
•    Working knowledge of videos, reels etc
•    Social Media Analytics – Should be able to dig into the data, analyze that data, and draw actionable insights
•    Proficient in using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
•    Relevant experience in determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
•    Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
•    Ability to work with a diverse group and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
