Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all the company's employer branding strategies with HR and TAG with close coordination with the marketing communications team
  • Own and manage employer brand-building initiatives, engaging social media followers, and managing the employer reputation for the current and potential hires.
  • Act as a champion for Iris’s employer brand across the organization by creating opportunities for all associates to learn how to best promote Iris as a great place to work.
  • Inspire employees to create and share their stories and employer reviews, amplifying our reach and influence throughout the career journey.
  • Help the leadership team to curate content that could be posted on social media channels to positively influence the employer brand.
  • Map out the digital candidate experience journey in the recruiting process, implement interventions to measure, and improve candidate experience in collaboration with the talent acquisition team.
  • Track, measure, analyze and report key metrics to assess the impact of employer branding initiatives and campaigns. Leverage data and research to provide recommendations to deliver an effective brand experience.
  • Partner with HR leaders to develop internal communications materials such as key messages, talking points and briefing documents to assist with local promotion of global messaging as well as develop communications materials to inform, engage and activate internal and community stakeholders in support of business goals.
