Job Description

Role involves end to end coordination across multiple components owned by different teams, different TCs, different businesses.
This individual would be coordinating with the folks from multiple geographies (UK, Pune, others).

Key Responsibilities:
Manage interdependencies across various components.
Ensure upstream/downstream coordination (for ex. file dependencies, pipeline readiness).
Drive end-to-end testing coordination (not hands-on testing).
Build a high-level test strategy tying all components together.
Navigate complex stakeholder landscape within Barclays.
Arbitrate ownership conflicts when responsibilities are pushed between teams.
Ensure delivery success through orchestration rather than execution.

Skill & Experience Expectations:
15–20 years of experience.
Strong stakeholder navigation skills.
Ability to understand system complexity, but not necessarily deep technical SME.
Certifications (PMP/PRINCE) not mandatory.
High maturity and strong organizational navigation capability are critical.

Location Preference:
Preferably Pune for occasional in-person alignment.
If found best candidate at other locations then open to other India locations where Iris has offices (Noida/Chennai).
