Job Description

Key Responsibilities

•    Review project list for new projects
•    Discuss SQA reports with SQAs
•    Analyze review findings and identify/initiate improvement opportunities
•    Prepare, discuss SQA Review analysis with ADMs/DH
•    Enable project teams to create awareness
•    Communicate with delivery stakeholders
•    Identify improvement opportunities in projects
•    Attend iNovus champions meetings
•    Prepare and participate in DE SMRs
•    Track risks/issues/potential escalations (Ops 360/PHD Tool)
•    Escalate potential escalations to ADMs
•    Have regular cadence with DH, ADMs, SPMs (BU Governance meetings)
•    Track bull horn notes for risks/issues
•    Conduct Risk governance meetings
•    Coordinate with ADMs/PMs for External Certifications
•    Execute new initiatives  in scope (BU /DE)
•    Execute BU specific BAU 
•    Product Quality Audits/SPMM/SLA Reporting
•    Computation of Productivity improvements 
•    Have regular cadence with SQA Managers, DE Head 
•    Involve in improvements to QMS
•    Plan/launch CSAT/NPS Surveys
•    Data consolidation, pre-launch preparation/coordination with CSG
•    Monitor, track and publish CSAT action dashboard
•    Review CSAT analysis
•    Provide inputs and prepare client presentations 
•    Provide reports to leadership as needed
•    Involve in SOW reviews, RFP responses, RFP meetings 
•    Ensure org specific mailers by liasoning with marketing team 
•    Participate in DE leadership/retrospective/strategy related meetings
•    Conduct Org wide Analysis (PPB, Risk, Tailoring, IQA)
•    Enabling Function CSAT
•    Manage resource loading
•    Conduct Trainings/Induction/KT sessions
•    Prepare and track IDP of DRs
•    Involve in self development activities (thru IDP)
o    with RO, DR, Peer and Skip level meetings
•    Explore Gen AI tools for automation work
•    Provide innovative ideas to deliver “Value”
•    Prepare for annual appraisals
•    Attend annual appraisals related meetings
CANDIDATE PROFILE
•    Must have 18 to 20 years of experience
•    Must have worked with a reputed consulting organization or IT Services Organization.
•    Technical background (BTech, BE, BCA, MCA)
•    Professional certifications such as Scrum master/ Assessment team member (CMMI) etc
•    In-depth knowledge of Software engineering, project management lifecycles, DevOPS, QA lifecycles, Agile methodologies
•    Understanding of CMMI standards, ISO9001 
•    Understanding of tools such as JIRA, Service now, TFS, Microsoft Project, VSS, Sonar cube, Fisheye, Jenkins, and all Office Tools
•    Consultative & Solution-oriented - Ability to propose design and development approach.
•    Ability to create a motivated high-performance team
•    Excellent communication (Verbal and Written), interpersonal and relationship building skills
•    Demonstrates good analysis, collaboration, and problem solving
•    Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities
•    Ability to make an impact, influence and achieve results with effective negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills
•    Strong facilitation skills with an ability to respond to immediate and urgent requests  
•    Solid understanding of project management practices and also using agile methodologies, estimation
•    Quick learner, innovative, proactive, flexible, and adaptable
