Job Description

  • Graduate/ B.Tech in any stream
  • Black Belt/ Master Black Belt Green Belt certified with hands on experience in driving and implementing Lean
  • Complete understanding of IT Software
    • In-depth knowledge of Software engineering, project management lifecycles, LEAN concepts, DevOPS, QA lifecycles, Agile frameworks
  • Good understanding on how enabling functions operate and must have implemented improvement initiatives in enabling functions (HR, Recruitment, Finance, IT etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Ability to interact with senior leadership
  • Consultative & Solution-oriented - Ability to propose solutions through structured problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Understanding of Statistical analysis
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities
  • Quick learner, innovative, proactive, flexible, and adaptable
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop lean implementation plan and coordinate the execution at Org level 
  • Mentor and assist quality team in deploying lean tools and principles 
  • Mentor Lean projects in delivery function as well as Enabling Functions for successful and timely completion 
  • Provide trainings to workforce on lean principles and techniques
  • Drive high impact projects on lean which can deliver business /cost impact 
  • Conduct value stream mapping (VSM) wherever needed
  • Improve processes by applying Lean methodologies
  • Lead periodic review of continuous improvement initiatives 
  • Strong facilitation skills and use innovative techniques to improve internal efficiency and also to establish the culture of Quality at Iris
  • Partner with leadership Team to strategize and map opportunities for improvements
  • Prepare the strategy for Continuous Improvement and present the status of Continuous Improvement initiative in monthly/quarterly reviews
