Job Description

  • Customize SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Core HR, Recruiting, Performance Management, Compensation, Talent Management) to align with business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, reports, and dashboards. Able to configure workflows and business rules.
  • Analyze HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support to end-users. Troubleshoot system issues and resolve user problems.
  • Conduct user training and documentation.
  • Manage system integrations with other HR systems
  • Vendor management
  • Experience in Program Managing HRIS implementation including business process mapping, data migration support, recommending changes to current processes to provide more effective use of the HRIS
  • Proficiency with SAP/Success factors is a must
  • Develop requirements documents and design configuration and testing plans
  • Manage client relationships and ensure compliance and timelines are met
  • Conducts high-level analysis, and data validation and implements auditing programs to ensure data integrity
  • Ensuring that the system’s functionality not only exceeds the current processes and procedures but also is aligned with the strategic priorities that the new HRMS is intended to support.

  • Executive Maturity to drive change in the Organization
  • Good communication skills and executive presence
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Advance Business Intelligence reporting skills
  • Experience in working on project implementation teams
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Master’s degree in Management from a reputed university/institution
