Senior Executive - PMO

Job Description

• Manage end to end PMO operations for the organization.
• Have a clear understanding of the Project life cycle (pipeline, demands, risks, financials, improvements), experience in delivery and quality management, financial metrics tracking, and new processes implementation.
• Providing financial reports and budget outlines (org-wide Business unit or region specific) to the management team
• Tracking of resource monthly timesheets, project GM, UBR, and creating monthly resource wise hrs spend report
• Experience in organization-wide resource management & key project status tracking.
• Experienced in enhancing overall project management processes, and policies & improve operations to establish effective governance.
• Create project delivery quality metrics, recommend methods of improvement, and seeing that actions are implemented on time across the company
• Analyzing the quality of the projects to ensure company standards & deadlines are met.
• Developing and implementing best practices to ensure cost, CSAT and quality is balanced.
• Responsible for maintaining end-to-end contract life cycle (Agreement execution, extension, termination, and invoicing) & documenting it as per the process.
• Responsible for creating and track organization wide project delivery quality metrics
• Owns PMO processes automation and management
