Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and manage the Employee Referral Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving referral-based hiring, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring operational excellence in referral processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Referral Program Management
o Own and manage end-to-end employee referral processes.
o Launch and promote referral campaigns across business units.
o Track referral submissions, conversions, and payouts.
• Stakeholder Engagement
o Collaborate with hiring managers and TA team to identify referral-friendly roles.
o Engage with employees to drive participation and awareness.
• Operational Excellence
o Ensure timely processing of referral profiles.
o Maintain accurate data in ATS and dashboards.
o Monitor SLAs and ensure closure of referral cases within defined timelines.
• Analytics & Reporting
o Generate weekly/monthly reports on referral performance.
o Analyze trends and suggest improvements to increase referral effectiveness.
• Compliance & Communication
o Ensure adherence to referral policy and payout guidelines.
o Communicate status updates to employees and stakeholders regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in managing employee referral programs in an IT or tech-driven environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in ATS tools and Excel-based reporting.
• Ability to drive campaigns and influence employee participation.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on process compliance and data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA (HR) preferably from a fairly reputed institute
• Experience in a mid-to-large scale IT organization.
• Exposure to employer branding or internal communications is a plus.
