Job Description

  • Business Analysis & Product Validation experience with Securities & Capital Market
  • Strong Business Communication and Stakeholder management skills
  • In direct client facing roles with clients in the US/ UK geographies
  • Strong understanding of capital market domain including the following is preferred:
  • Products / Asset Classes – Wide range of financial products including Equities, Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, Derivatives
  • Strong experience working with data intensive environments
  • Ability to understand requirement specifications and leveraging them to develop end-to-end and functional test scenarios and production quality test data
  • Hands on experience in developing use case specifications, functional specifications, integration specifications, data dictionaries, data mapping artifacts, wireframes, etc
  • Experience in product/ platform functional feature validation
  • Strong understanding of requirement management process and tools
  • Strong experience working with geographically distributed teams
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies is important.

  • Product/ Platform Engineering experience
  • Experience working in financial sector with focus on investment banking
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Strong facilitation skills involving business stakeholders
