Job Description

HRIT Business Analyst, responsible for interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements. Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison with internal team members, business stakeholder and leadership team. Relevant Experience -7-8 Years.

  • Develop detailed functional requirements, process documentation, and integration solution design approaches that satisfy business needs for enterprise HR application initiatives
  • Work with business partners and developers to translate those requirements into technical solutions
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support business requirement definition, process design, implementation of processes
  • Participate in integration production incident troubleshooting and solution approach design and recommendations
  • Assist in driving initiatives forward from the requirements to implementation

Experience

  • Experience as a Technical Business Analyst
  • Experience documenting system integration requirements
  • Experience as a Business Analyst

Nice to have experience

  • Experience implementing and/or supporting Kronos Workforce Central and/or UKG Pro WFM
  • Experience implementing and/or supporting SuccessFactors HR modules (Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance Management) and documenting functional requirements
  • Experience in Human Resources Shared Service departments
  • Experience working in JIRA
