Job Description

Experience: 5–6 Years
Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and compliance requirements for payment products and platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand regulatory changes and translate them into business and functional requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and impact assessments for compliance-driven initiatives.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of compliance requirements.
• Support regulatory programs related to payment systems, transaction monitoring, customer due diligence, data privacy, and risk management.
• Monitor compliance-related changes in payment regulations and industry practices.
• Support project governance, reporting, and change management activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Functional Skills

• Good understanding of payment lifecycle and payment processing systems.
• Experience working on regulatory and compliance initiatives.
• Familiarity with:
• AML (Anti-Money Laundering)
• KYC (Know Your Customer)
• Transaction Monitoring
• Data Privacy and Regulatory Compliance

Business Analysis Skills

• Requirements gathering and documentation.
• Process mapping and workflow analysis.
• User story creation and backlog management.
• Gap analysis and impact assessment.

Tools & Methodologies

• JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Domain Expertise

Experience in one or more of the following payment areas is preferred:

• Real-Time Payments
• ACH / Direct Debit Processing
• SWIFT Payments
• Wire Transfers
• Digital Payments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
• Experience interacting with business, compliance, risk, and technology stakeholders.
