Mandatory Skills: Apex Coding, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST APIs (Salesforce Integrations), Salesforce Sales Cloud

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise Salesforce solution architecture strategy aligned with business objectives and platform best practices.
• Establish development standards, governance models, and engineering best practices across Salesforce delivery teams.
• Define architecture standards for Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura-based applications.
• Lead Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud transformation initiatives while providing architectural guidance for Service Cloud implementations where applicable.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud capabilities and advise delivery teams on its adoption, integration, and implementation considerations based on business requirements.
• Define enterprise integration standards and API governance frameworks using Salesforce REST APIs.
• Drive Salesforce platform modernization, scalability, and solution optimization initiatives.
• Establish reusable framework standards, component development guidelines, and platform governance practices.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure Salesforce solutions meet scalability, maintainability, performance, and reliability objectives.
• Guide teams on Salesforce architecture, development practices, platform capabilities, and integration strategies.
• Identify technical risks, platform limitations, and architectural gaps while defining mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with various teams and leadership stakeholders to align Salesforce initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on platform maturity, engineering excellence, and delivery effectiveness.
• Establish solution quality standards and promote adoption of Salesforce best practices across teams.
