Job Description

 

We are seeking an experienced SSRS Developer to independently lead the migration of existing Crystal Reports to SSRS. The candidate will analyze current reports, redesign them in SSRS, validate data accuracy, and ensure smooth transition with minimal business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and convert Crystal Reports to SSRS.
  • Redesign complex reports including sub-reports, parameters, grouping, and calculated fields.
  • Rewrite/optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and datasets.
  • Ensure data accuracy, formatting consistency, and performance optimization.
  • Support testing, UAT, and deployment.
  • Work independently and manage migration timelines.

Required Skills

  • 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SSRS development.
  • Strong experience in Crystal Reports analysis.
  • Expertise in T-SQL, stored procedures, and SQL Server.
  • Experience handling complex and performance-intensive reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
