SDET - Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate quality advocate with a strong foundation in software development and testing. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test automation scripts using Selenium , Java programming language.

• Should be able to Develop Robust Framework using selenium and Java.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure testability of software products.

• Design and implement robust test automation frameworks.

• Integrate test automation into the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline using Jenkins.

• Effectively manage and prioritize testing activities to meet project deadlines.

• Conduct thorough root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues.

• Proactively identify and report defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve them.

• Contribute to the overall test strategy and process improvement initiatives.

• Maintain and enhance existing test automation suites.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java programming.

• Excellent skills for xPath creation and designing Framework using Selenium or any other equivalent tool.

• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.

• In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with version control systems like Git.

• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and build consensus among team members.

Good to have Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript, Playwright, and Ranorex.

• Knowledge of C# programming language
