Technical Skills
• Strong experience in UI automation tools
• Programming: Java
• Framework design experience (hybrid / BDD / data-driven)
• CI/CD tools and pipelines knowledge
• API testing knowledge (REST Assured, Postman)
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
Leadership Skills
• Team management (10–50+ people depending on org)
• Stakeholder communication
• Decision-making & problem-solving
• Conflict resolution
