Job Description

Mandatory Skills: Playwright, API Testing, GUI Testing, C#, MS SQL

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define overall hybrid testing strategy and quality assurance framework ensuring optimal balance between manual and automation testing.
  • Drive adoption of automation tools, frameworks, and best practices to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Establish automation governance, framework standards, and quality engineering best practices across projects.
  • Lead automation initiatives using Selenium or Playwright to improve testing effectiveness and delivery quality.
  • Lead multiple QA teams ensuring delivery of high-quality products aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify quality risks, automation gaps, and process improvement opportunities while defining mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality KPIs, reporting dashboards, and release readiness criteria.
  • Drives improvements in quality metrics such as defect leakage, cycle time, and release readiness.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation expansion, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and strategic direction to QA teams.
