Job Description

 

  • Lead the planning and execution of IT programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear expectations and accountability.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Drive decision-making and problem-solving processes to overcome project challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party resources as needed.
  • Ability to manage financials and project plans
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and an ability to apply these in Practice.
  • A solid understanding in project management methodologies, tools and processes across the project lifecycle, in particular the Project Management Body of Knowledge
  • Advanced and confident communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior business and technology management
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Understanding of technology
