Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Power BI:
    • Design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports.
    • Perform data analysis, data modeling, and data cleansing for Power BI data sources.
    • Optimize Power BI reports for performance and user experience.
  • Power Apps:
    • Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps.
    • Create user-friendly interfaces and intuitive user experiences within Power Apps.
    • Integrate Power Apps with various data sources and other applications.
  • Power Automate:
    • Design, develop, and implement complex and robust Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
    • Integrate Power Automate with various applications and services, such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, and other cloud-based platforms.
    • Develop and maintain custom connectors for Power Automate.
  • Overall:
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions.
    • Perform thorough testing and quality assurance of all Power Platform solutions.
    • Deployments
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform implementations.
    • Document and maintain technical documentation for all Power Platform solutions.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
    • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
    • Contribute to the development and improvement of automation best practices within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, connectors, and triggers.
  • Experience with integrating Power Platform with various applications and services.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.  
  • Exposure to AWS Cloud

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Power Platform certifications.
