Job Description

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled PowerApps Engineer with strong experience in building and deploying applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Logic Apps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business applications that streamline processes and enhance productivity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps).
  • Integrate applications with Microsoft Logic Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365 services.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform solutions.
  • Maintain documentation and provide user training/support as needed.



Must Have Technical Skills

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps).
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Logic Apps and Power Automate workflows.
  • Proficiency in Common Data Service (Data verse) and SharePoint integration.
  • Solid understanding of Power Platform architecture and security roles.
  • Experience in creating custom connectors and integrating with REST APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.



Good to Have Skills

  • Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and analytics.
  • Familiarity with Azure services (Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database).
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizing PowerApps.
  • Understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform.



Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft Power Platform Certification (PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400).
  • Experience in Dynamics 365 customization and integration.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices for Power Platform solutions.
  • Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) using Power Automate Desktop.


Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
