Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Engagement & Relationship Management
o Act as the primary point of contact for candidate’s post-offer till onboarding.
o Build strong rapport with offered candidates to ensure a positive pre-joining experience.
o Address queries, concerns, and provide timely updates to maintain candidate interest and reduce dropouts.
2. Offer Follow-up & Conversion
o Track and follow up on offer acceptances, documentation, and joining confirmations.
o Proactively identify and mitigate risks of offer declines or delays in joining.
3. Stakeholder Coordination
o Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless handover and alignment.
o Provide regular updates and dashboards to leadership on offer-to-join ratios and engagement metrics.
4. Process Improvement & Best Practices
o Analyze trends in candidate drop-offs and recommend strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
o Contribute to the development and implementation of SOPs for post-offer processes.
5. Communication & Branding
o Ensure consistent and personalized communication with candidates through emails, calls, and engagement campaigns.
o Support employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate experience and perception.
6. Documentation & Compliance
o Ensure all pre-joining documentation is collected, verified, and stored in compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
7. Reporting & Analytics
o Maintain accurate records of candidate status and generate reports on engagement effectiveness, drop-off reasons, and joining trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA in HR, preferably from a reputed institute.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a mid-to-large scale IT organization.
• Candidates preferably located within a 30-minute commuting range for better availability and collaboration.
