Job Description
Lead the performance testing efforts for multiple projects/applications simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
o Develop performance testing strategies, test plans, and test cases based on project requirements and application architecture.
o Design and execute performance test scenarios to simulate various user loads, transaction volumes, and environmental conditions.
o Utilize performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling to conduct tests and analyze results.
o Identify performance bottlenecks, system limitations, and areas for optimization through performance monitoring and analysis.
o Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot performance issues and implement performance improvements.
o Generate comprehensive performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders, including recommendations for optimization.
o Mentor and provide guidance to junior performance testers on testing best practices and methodologies.
o Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to performance testing.
