Job Description

Job Overview:

The candidate will have a good understanding of PeopleSoft application. This role requires providing prompt and efficient support to end users, proactively identifying, and resolving application issues, and collaborating with other cross functional teams to ensure optimal system performance. Working in Rotating Shifts 24X7.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive technical support for PeopleSoft applications, including troubleshooting and resolving application issues, answering user inquiries, and documenting resolutions.
• Support PeopleSoft Experience in the Supply Chain Module – specially in Financial Modules, Inventory, Manufacturing and Cost accounting
• Experience in the Database SQL Server tool.
• Ready to learn alert monitoring and Incident management of new modules
• Experience in Service Now reporting tool for Ticketing.
• Perform regular system monitoring and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system uptime and stability.
• Stay up to date on the latest PeopleSoft technologies and best practices.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for all aspects of PeopleSoft application support.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact system performance or user experience.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve overall system efficiency and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience providing technical support for PeopleSoft applications.
• Extensive experience with PeopleSoft Supply Chain module, including General Ledger, Asset Management, Order Management and Billing, month end closure processes
• Familiarity with Service Now ticketing system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying
