Job Description
Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to drive functional excellence within our Oracle CX (Customer Experience) commercial technology practice. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring that our Oracle CX implementations—including Sales, Service, Marketing, and CPQ—are optimized to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture: Lead functional design workshops to map complex business processes to Oracle CX capabilities, ensuring scalable and efficient configurations.
- Requirements Management: Translate intricate commercial requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and configuration documents.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary functional advisor to client leadership, guiding them through best practices, platform limitations, and industry-standard CX workflows.
- Implementation & Optimization: Oversee end-to-end functional configuration, including data modeling, object customization, and business process automation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technical teams (integration/development) to ensure seamless delivery and with QA teams to validate that the final build meets business expectations.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior consultants and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions regarding new Oracle CX feature releases and modules.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle CX Cloud modules (Sales, Service, CPQ, or Marketing).
- Functional Expertise: Deep understanding of the Lead-to-Cash process, customer lifecycle management, and commercial operations within a B2B/B2C context.
- Consulting Mindset: Proven ability to navigate client environments, manage expectations, and deliver high-impact presentations to stakeholders.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret functional requirements for technical teams (APIs, integrations, and customization limitations).
- Certification: Relevant Oracle Cloud CX certifications are highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on documenting complex logic and strategic roadmaps.
