Job Description

The NetSuite Technical Lead is responsible for the technical architecture, development, and governance of the NetSuite ERP system. This role requires deep expertise in NetSuite's development framework and leadership experience to guide the technical team and ensure system scalability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architectural Design: Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable NetSuite technical solutions.
  • Hands-on Development: Lead and perform development using SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk for customizations and integrations.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of developers, enforcing coding standards and SDLC best practices (e.g., using SDF).
  • Integration: Design and manage integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems.
  • Governance: Ensure system performance, stability, and adherence to best practices; serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues.

Required Qualifications

  • 4-6 years in NetSuite technical development.
  • Expert proficiency in SuiteScript 2.x and SuiteCloud tools.
  • Strong understanding of core NetSuite ERP modules.
  • Experience with integration technologies (REST/SOAP) and development tools (Git, JIRA, SDF).
  • Excellent technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
