Job Description

A MS Dynamics Ecommerce Technical Analyst plays a key role in the technical aspects of a company's e-commerce operations, often leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

Job Purpose:

This role acts as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions, primarily within the context of e-commerce. The analyst ensures that technical implementations align with business goals and objectives, specifically regarding the e-commerce platform and its integrations. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing and implementing technical solutions, configuring Dynamics 365 Commerce modules, and providing technical support. The role also involves testing and quality assurance, analyzing data and reporting, managing system integrations, creating documentation, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

Essential skills and qualifications often include expertise in Dynamics 365 Commerce, proficiency in .NET technologies and Commerce SDK customization, familiarity with X++ and ERP systems, and knowledge of front-end technologies like ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with data analysis tools, integration via APIs, problem-solving, and communication are also important. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience in technical analysis within e-commerce environments are typically required.
