Job Description

Key responsibilities includes:

  • Work closely with business leaders by understanding their requirements and defining appropriate solutions.
  • Undertake regular connects with Associates staffed in respective BUs.
  • Identify and resolve any concerns, issues or grievances of Associates on a timely basis.
  • Undertake retention discussion and proactively control attrition in respective span
  • Implement Town Hall meetings, R&R events and other community building forums (open houses, skip levels, fun@work events etc.)
  • Implementation of engagement calendar by closely coordinating across functional teams
  • Present dashboards for people connect initiatives such as 30-60-90 days, skip connects etc.
  • Guide and mentor team member

Key personal attributes

  • Outgoing and pleasant personality with excellent oral and written communication skills, including very high proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Natural problem solver with ability to quickly strike relationships. Able to work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – High level of proficiency in networking and influencing stakeholders.
  • Mature, proactive and displays initiative. Manages own and others time well. Able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and pursue stretch goals will allow the individual to successfully deliver in this role.
  • High energy, positive demeanour and ability to think on their feet would work in the favour of candidates.
