Job Description

•    Welcome newly hired employees and execute the engagement plan. Own the end-to-end induction process, ensuring a WOW experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles as well as in the organisation.
•    Design and deliver the best onboarding and induction practices that suit the culture of Iris. 
•    Be the first point of contact for new employees.  Provide new hires with all the necessary information during and after induction. 
•    Be a change agent and identify areas of improvement in the entire Onboarding and candidate experience process. 
•    Identify innovative and creative new ways to onboard new employees/reach a more scalable and measurable onboarding experience.
•    Manage the performance and efficiency of the Onboarding and induction processes. Collaborate with various stakeholders like Talent Acquisition team/ HRBPs/ IT & Admin and provide workable solutions.
•    Create and update policies/induction deck and employee handbooks that explain company operations.
•    Ensure compliance with all processes and maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
•    Conduct and facilitate the induction training for all new hires
•    Ensure that induction is executed timely and as per defined process on a weekly basis.
•    Gauge and develop metrics for measuring effectiveness of the induction process.
•    Conduct pulse check with new hires and provide feedback. 
•    Partner with internal teams to ensure that required interventions are planned and executed in an effective way. 
•    Develop communication material and design presentations for onboarding and induction.
•    Act as a subject matter expert and provide advisory to new hires, leaders, management, and all stakeholders.

•    Experience with HRMS tools like SAP SuccessFactors will be and added advantage.
