Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Competencies – HR Business Partner
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact and trusted advisor to assigned business leaders and their teams, influencing people‑related decisions and providing proactive, balanced guidance across the employee lifecycle.
- Develop a deep understanding of business unit strategies, objectives, and challenges, ensuring HR initiatives are closely aligned to drive value addition and measurable business outcomes.
- Leverage people analytics and insights from employee satisfaction surveys, attrition trends, performance metrics, and engagement data to diagnose root causes and deliver evidence‑based recommendations to leadership.
- Act as an Employee Experience Builder, designing and implementing high‑impact employee engagement initiatives, including Fun Fridays, team‑building activities, wellness initiatives, and culture‑building programs to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
- Drive and manage Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs, ensuring timely, fair, and meaningful recognition aligned with performance, values, and business outcomes.
- Conduct regular Employee Connects, actively listening to employee feedback, assessing sentiment using RAG (Red‑Amber‑Green) tagging, and translating insights into actionable people interventions.
- Partner with business leaders to address engagement gaps, people risks, and organizational health indicators in a timely, data‑driven, and solution‑oriented manner.
