Lead - Facilities

Role Summary:
Responsible for managing day-to-day facility operations, vendor management, workplace services, maintenance activities, and statutory compliance to ensure a safe, efficient, and employee-friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee facility operations, housekeeping, security, and maintenance services.
  • Manage vendors and ensure adherence to SLAs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory regulations.
  • Monitor facility budgets and optimize operational costs.
  • Coordinate workplace infrastructure projects, renovations, and space planning.
  • Address employee facility-related concerns and ensure timely resolution.
