Job Description
• Experience in handling Diversity & Inclusion engagements
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment

• Strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite. - word, excel, power point and SharePoint tools
Preference:-
- Master’s degree in Management from a reputed university/institution.
- Prior experience in working in a similar role in an IT services company would be preferred.
Job Summary
• Drive the overall strategy and execution of the DE&I agenda across the organization
• Work closely with leaders by understanding their business requirements
• Help foster a work environment in which all diverse employee groups feel respected, accepted, supported and valued
• Design and implement strategies for promoting women welfare. Undertake focused group connects with female employees and other groups. Identify and resolve any concerns/red flags
• Manage and facilitation of all network related events and activities. Drive participation and ensure quorum in all the engagements
• Design initiatives to increase engagement of women employees especially post maternity
• Design and manage Women leadership programs
• Study processes and policies from D&I lens and recommend upgradations
• Plan and coordinate monthly engagements, events, and other community forums around our 4C model – Career, care, community and cheers
• Assisting the DE&I core team in DE&I related events and activities, partnering with different teams to build awareness of D&I work happening at a site level, collecting feedback, and facilitating best practices sharing within the different networks
• Coordinating with Communications team and Marketing team to ensure that the right D&I stories and communication is being shared for internal /external purposes
• Deep dive data to identify trends relevant from diversity & inclusion
