Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for business users interactions, identifying business needs and analyzing /Documenting the requirements. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business processes and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT teams or external vendors.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
- Conduct market, competitor, and trend analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Assist in project planning, monitoring, and execution to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, operations, and marketing.
- Support the testing and implementation of new systems or enhancements.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 6–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Experience with healthcare system and integration platform
Skills:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with tools like SQL, Postman tool and Azure is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a Healthcare domain .
