Lead - Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for business users interactions, identifying business needs and analyzing /Documenting the requirements. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business processes and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT teams or external vendors.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
• Conduct market, competitor, and trend analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Assist in project planning, monitoring, and execution to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, operations, and marketing.
• Support the testing and implementation of new systems or enhancements.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 6–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with healthcare system and integration platform

Skills:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with tools like SQL, Postman tool and Azure is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a Healthcare domain .
