Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining LIMS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory workflows, data management, and system integration, and will play a key role in enhancing our digital lab infrastructure.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain LIMS applications to support laboratory operations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and laboratory staff to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Customize LIMS workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards based on user needs.
  • Integrate LIMS with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES, CDS).
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and validation activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to LIMS functionality and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11).
  • Document technical specifications, user guides, and validation protocols.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, VBScript, Python) and database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Proficiency in Java and good in OOPS concepts
  • Experience with system integration using APIs, web services, or middleware.
  • Familiarity with laboratory processes and terminology.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
