Job Description
Experience: 15+ years overall exp and hand on experience in Java , with management or leadership role.
Technical Skills: Extensive experience with Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other related technologies. Strong understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Project Management: Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to tackle complex technical challenges and drive solutions.
Collaboration: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
The Java Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality Java-based applications. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of Java technologies, excellent project management skills, and the ability to mentor and guide a team of software engineers
