Java - Senior Engineer:

Location: Noida

Experience: 5-8 Years

Mandatory Skills:

Java 17+, Backend Unit Testing (JUnit), Data Structure, Microservices + REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, Hibernate, Kafka, Git Hub, Oracle, Design Principles, Design Patterns, Spring Boot + Spring Security (JWT)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems.
Develop reusable backend components and enterprise services following clean architecture and secure coding practices.
Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and JVM optimization.
Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Design event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication mechanisms to improve system scalability and resilience.
Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks by performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.
Mentor junior developers on coding standards, debugging techniques, and modern Java development practices.
