Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer with expertise in Java 11+ and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will independently design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions. Experience in production support and exposure to the Banking/Insurance domain are strong advantages.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications using Java 11+ and Spring Boot
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Independently create architectural designs and lead feature implementation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
  • Optimize application performance and ensure high availability
  • Apply best practices and stay current with emerging technologies

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in Java 11+ and Spring Boot
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in production support (preferred)
  • Banking or Insurance domain experience (highly desirable)
  • Strong SQL skills; working knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra)
  • Cloud experience, preferably AWS

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience
