Job Description

Primary Skill : Java + Python

Secondary Skill : Oracle PLSQL + Shell Scripting + Autosys

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development.
  • Solid experience with Unix/Linux administration and shell scripting.
  • Experience developing automation solutions using Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Autosys job scheduling and batch processing.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with source control tools such as Git.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting cloud migration or Data Center Exit programs.
  • Exposure to AWS cloud services.
  • Experience with Splunk, AppDynamics, Control-M, or monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Financial services, Treasury, or Regulatory Reporting domain experience.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Harness, or Terraform.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in application development and production support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
