Job Description

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.6–7 years of professional software development experience.

Strong experience in Java, Springboot, Streams and Python for backend development.

Expertise in REST API development, microservices architecture, and batch processing.

Familiarity with ORM frameworks, PostgreSQL, and data modeling.

Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS/ECS) and Docker.

Knowledge of secure programming practices, cloud security principles, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with source control tools (Git, Bitbucket) and Agile workflows.

Proven ability to design and implement large-scale, business-critical systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to review backend code and optimize performance.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Excellent communication and ability to lead technical discussions across teams.

Design and develop scalable backend services and batch processing systems.

Implement secure APIs and integrate with front-end and third-party services.

Lead technical design discussions and propose solutions for complex backend challenges.

Ensure operational readiness and provide Level 3 support for backend issues.

Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and mentor junior engineers.

Optimize backend systems for performance, security, and reliability.

Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and best practices for backend development.
