Java Fullstack - Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to architect enterprise-grade API Gateway solutions and high-performance Angular frontends. You will drive engineering excellence across the stack, managing distributed teams to deliver scalable, observable, and automated solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design of Java (Spring Cloud Gateway) and Angular (v14+) micro-frontend architectures.
Build reusable common access layers, shared Java libraries, and Angular component libraries along with Ionic framework.
Design high-performance REST APIs integrated with MongoDB/OpenSearch and manage complex UI state using NgRx/RxJS/RxJs operators.
Implement Dynatrace for full-stack monitoring, including backend diagnostics and frontend Real User Monitoring (RUM).
Enforce mandatory test automation using JUnit/Mockito for backend and Jasmine/Jest for frontend.
Define caching strategies (Redis/Hazelcast) and optimize Angular bundle sizes and rendering performance.
Mentor onshore/offshore teams, conduct full-stack code reviews, and manage delivery SLAs in an Agile environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
Frontend:
  Expert-level Angular (TypeScript, Signals, RxJS) and frontend state management along with HTML, CSS and Bootstrap.
  Good to have Work experience on Accessibility  screens.(Good to have)
Backend:
  Strong Java 11+ and Spring Boot expertise with API Gateway frameworks.
Data:
   Advanced MongoDB (indexing/tuning) and OpenSearch (search/aggregations).
Tools:
  Hands-on with Dynatrace, Postman, and SoapUI, GIT.
Testing:
  Proven experience in TDD using JUnit, Mockito, and Angular testing utilities.
DevOps:
  Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline integration.

Soft Skills
  Exceptional stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  Strong ownership of technical debt and delivery timelines.
