Job Description
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Knowledge and hands on experience on Java 11 or 17, Jenkins and Devops will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Multithreading.
- Experience of Java RESTful web services development.
- Exposure to Git, maven, Database, sonar and JIRA.
- Experience of Unix tools and shell scripting
- Java Frameworks (preferably Spring Boot, Hibernate & Microservices)
- Development tools (Maven, Eclipse, STS)
- Well versed in development methodologies and the enabling tools and technologies (JUnit, RLM, CI/CD etc.)
- Good to have ReactJs/Python
- IT Experience > 4 and < 6
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in working environment using agile methodologies
- Good knowledge of software development life cycle
- Understanding of industry standards and best practice
- Experience with modern source code management approaches
- Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong experience in building applications from the scratch using mandatory skills.
- Independently resolve technical issues, perform task break down and estimation
- Self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently.
- Experience with Automated Unit Testing using Junit etc. Write complete and detailed unit tests.
- Work within a team, collaborate and add value through participation in peer code reviews.
- Should be interact with client stakeholders to probe a technical problem or clarify requirement specifications
- Able to manage own workload and deadlines
- Must be able to offer creative solutions to complex software/system challenges.
- Independently resolve technical issues, perform task break down and estimation for self and assist team members to perform the same.
- High levels of ownership and commitment on deliverables
