Job Description

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in technical project management, with at least 4-5 years in a technical leadership role .
  • Hands-on experience with architectural design, including cloud-based systems, microservices, and scalable distributed systems.
  • Proven experience working with AI/ML technologies, including model design, training, and deployment.
  • Proficiency in Python or other programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, R, etc.) with a solid understanding of software engineering principles.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies (certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach are a plus).

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud platforms - AWS
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, balancing technical requirements with business goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data processing pipelines.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
