Job Description

Mandatory Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in Python (production-grade development)
• Experience in building and deploying Generative AI / LLM-based solutions
• Strong knowledge of RAG architecture and LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain or similar)
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings
• Advanced SQL (complex queries, performance optimization)
• Experience developing APIs (FastAPI/Flask)
• Working knowledge of OpenShift (OCP) and containerization (Docker)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Good to Have
• Experience with model fine-tuning
• Exposure to cloud AI services (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Understanding of MLOps practices
• Experience in banking/insurance domain

We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer capable of independently designing and delivering end-to-end GenAI solutions. The role requires strong Python and SQL expertise, hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG architectures, and working knowledge of OpenShift-based deployments.
The candidate should be able to:
• Design and build scalable GenAI solutions
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines
• Build APIs and integrate structured/unstructured data sources
• Deploy solutions on OCP with minimal supervision
• Take ownership from design to production
The expectation is that after initial onboarding, the resource should be able to work independently with minimal guidance
